Powered by AI, when you move an object, Content-Aware Move automatically fills in the area that was left behind with matching details, giving it an impression as if the object were never there in the first place.

Dark User Interface (UI)

Eye strain was one of the biggest reasons why Photoshop users had been demanding a darker workspace, especially professionals and hobbyists who spend long hours editing images. The feature is finally shipped with Adobe Photoshop CS6 and can be configured from the Preferences panel.

Auto Curve & Level Adjustments

Both the Curve and Level adjustments have received a similar upgrade that makes them more intelligent at completing their tasks. The Curve adjustment feature uses a new algorithm to calculate the curve more accurately, while the Level adjustment feature can now perform an accurate calculation of histograms.

Content-Aware Scale

What this feature does is protect the main subjects of a photo from getting distorted when the photo is resized to maintain a natural look. For example, if you have a photo of a person standing in front of a wide sky, you can make the photo wider by stretching only the sky or taller by adjusting only the background and leaving the person mostly intact.
